What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We prefer High-Resolution(JPG, PNG, PSD, AI, DXF, EPS, PDF, SVG, etc). If you have not, we can also do the artwork for you base on the file you provide.
Which customization technique is right for my order?
The best method depends on your design and fabric choice: Screen Printing: Best for bulk orders and vibrant, durable designs. Embroidery: Ideal for hats, polos, and jackets, giving a premium, textured look. DTG (Direct-to-Garment): Perfect for complex, multi-colored designs or photos on cotton items. DTF (Direct-to-Film): Great for detailed logos on synthetic fabrics like polyester. If you are unsure, our design team will recommend the best method based on your artwork. Heat Press (Vinyl): better for small colorful logo, or colorful line pattern. Large solid pattern will make the clothes unbreathable.
Will I see a proof before you print my order?
Absolutely! We strictly follow a "Approve Before We Move" policy. Within 48 hours of placing your order, you will receive the real photos of the first sample showing exactly how your design is look on the garment (placement, size, and colors). Production only begins after you approve this sample.
Can you help me if I don’t have a finished design?
Yes, we can! If you have a rough sketch or a low-quality logo, our in-house graphic designers can help refine it. Simple adjustments (like removing backgrounds or changing text) are often free of charge. For complex design creation, a small design fee may apply.
Can you match my specific brand colors (Pantone)?
Yes, for Screen Printing, we offer Pantone (PMS) color matching to ensure your apparel perfectly aligns with your brand identity.
Note: For DTG and digital printing, we use CMYK processing, which provides a very close match but cannot guarantee 100% Pantone accuracy due to digital limitations.
What are the standard print locations available?
We offer flexible placement options beyond just the standard front chest. You can customize:
Full Front / Full Back / Right Chest
Sleeves (Left / Right) / Back Yoke (Small logo under the collar) / Inside Neck Labels (Perfect for private labeling/personal brands)
Is there a limit on the number of colors I can use?
For DTG & DTF: There is no color limit. You can print full-color photographs and gradients at no extra cost.
For Screen Printing: Price is determined by the number of colors. We recommend sticking to 1-4 colors to keep costs optimized for bulk orders.
For Embroidery: We typically support up to 12 thread colors per design.
Can I mix different garment styles or colors with the same design?
Yes! You can combine different garment styles (e.g., T-shirts, Hoodies, and Tank tops) or fabric colors within the same order to reach a higher quantity price break.
Do you offer specialty inks or unique print effects?
Yes, we can help your design stand out with specialty inks! We offer:
Puff Ink: Raised, 3D foam effect (great for streetwear).
Metallic/Foil: Shiny gold, silver, or shimmer finishes.
Glow-in-the-Dark: Perfect for events and night runs.
Reflective: usually for safety clothes.
Can you remove the manufacturer's tag and put my brand label? (Private Labeling)
Yes, this is essential for building a personal brand. We offer Tag Removal and Relabeling services.
We can carefully remove the original manufacturer's tag (e.g., Gildan or Bella+Canvas) and screen print your custom brand logo, size, and care instructions directly on the inside neck. This gives your apparel a retail-ready, professional finish.
Hanging Tag, Sleeve Tag is also available.

How do I get a quote?
Getting a quote is easy and free! Contact us and get your free mockups and quote in one hour!
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We have no MOQ, but there is a setup fee ($10) when quantity is leass than 50pcs.
Do you offer bulk quantity discounts?
Yes! The more you buy, the more you save.
Our pricing operates on a tiered system. You will see significantly lower prices per unit as you reach higher quantity breaks (e.g., at 24, 48, 72, 144+ pieces). Combining orders for your whole team is the best way to get the lowest price.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers (ACH/Wire) for large invoices. All online transactions are secured with SSL encryption to protect your data.
Can I order different shirt colors or styles with the same design to reach a price break?
Yes, as long as the design size and ink colors remain exactly the same.
For example, you can order 25 Black Tees and 25 Grey Hoodies with the same white logo to reach the 50-piece price break.
Garments, Sizing & Samples
How do I know which sizes to order?
Since sizing can vary significantly between brands (e.g., a "Medium" in one brand might fit like a "Large" in another), we strongly recommend using the Size Chart linked on each specific product page.
Pro Tip: Take a shirt you already own that fits you perfectly, lay it flat, and measure the width (armpit to armpit) and length. Compare these measurements to our size chart for the best fit.
Can I order a sample before placing a full bulk order?
Yes! We want you to love the look and feel of your gear.
Blank Samples: You can purchase blank (unprinted) garments to check the fabric quality and sizing.
Printed Samples: Producing a single custom-printed item need higher sample cost (extra $10) due to setup costs. However, for large bulk orders (typically 50+ units), we can produce a pre-production sample and take photos for approval upon request. Please contact our support team to arrange a sample order.
Will the shirts shrink after washing?
It depends on the fabric material:
100% Cotton: Even if labeled "Pre-shrunk," 100% cotton garments may still shrink slightly (approx. 4-8%) if washed in hot water or dried on high heat. Though all of our cotton t shirts are pre-shrunk, we will still suggest you wash them with cold water.
Blends (50/50 or Tri-blend): These contain polyester and resist shrinkage much better. To maintain the fit and print quality, we always recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low or hanging to dry.
Turnaround Time & Shipping
What is your standard turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is typically 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Ship time will base on the shippment way.
The Clock Starts When: Your order is fully paid, AND your artwork mockups are approved.
Do you offer Rush Services for tight deadlines?
Yes! If you have a hard deadline (e.g., for an event this weekend), please let us know immediately.
We offer rush production services in 3 days for an additional fee, subject to our current production schedule and stock availability.
Important: Please indicate your "Must-Have In-Hand Date" clearly when placing your order.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected: Express: usually in 5-7 business days.
Air shipping: 7-12 business days.
Boat shipping: 25-35 business days.
All goods are shipped from China.
How is shipping cost calculated?
Please contact our online service for shipping cost calculate. We will provide the latest and cheapest ship options.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. The moment your order is printed, packed, and labeled, you will receive an automated email with your Tracking Number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
Returns & Satisfaction Policy
What is your return policy for custom orders?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing issues, color preference, or "change of mind." Every item is printed specifically for you and cannot be resold.
However, we stand behind our quality. If there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error on our part, we will make it right immediately.
What if there is a mistake or defect in my order? (100% Quality Guarantee)
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is ripped, has a hole, is the wrong size from what you ordered, or has a clear print error, please contact us in 7 days.
We will offer a free reprint of the affected items or a refund for the specific defective units. We may ask for photos of the defects to help our quality control team improve.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We move fast to get your gear to you!
Before Production: You can cancel or modify your order before the artwork is approved and blank garments are ordered.
During Production: Once your artwork is approved and the blank garments have been ordered/received from our vendors, a 10-20% restocking fee may apply if you wish to cancel.
After Printing: Once ink touches the fabric, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
What happens if the printed color doesn't look exactly like it did on my screen?
Please note that computer monitors (RGB) display colors differently than physical ink on fabric (CMYK/Pantone). Slight color variations are normal and are not considered defects.
If precise color accuracy is critical for your brand, we highly recommend requesting Pantone (PMS) Color Matching (available for screen printing) when you place your order.
